Lay-Away Contract (Agreement) (BOTH PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS SUBMISSION IS LEGAL)
I am a valued customer of EasyLayAwayToday and hereby agree to the terms of services in this contract.
I take full responsibility in making sure the lay-away is paid in full within (90) Ninety days from the date I submit this contract. I understand that I will not receive a refund on any fees, transaction fees, service fee, accidental purchase payments, forgotten or canceled lay-aways unless other wise stated as per the terms of services provided.
If I fail to pay off the lay-away within (90) Ninety days, I authorize the owners of EasyLayAwayToday to close out my lay-away and keep all funds that I have paid them.
